All of the herbs we use are either grown in our home garden, sourced from farms practicing organic and sustainable agriculture, or ethically wildcrafted in Washington State from areas we have verified are free from pesticides and pollutants. For items we purchase, such as oils, beeswax, and honey, we source them from small organic producers in the United States, primarily in the Northwestern region.

At Lucy on Earth, most of our products are small-batch and seasonal. Since we rely on seasonal plants, we often can't restock items once they’re sold out.

We only provide custom formulas for clients working with Brianna one-on-one. We do not provide custom formulas on request. Please reach out for a consultation if you are interested.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds after your order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us immediately for replacement at info@lucyonearth.com.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the items through our system. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Please contact us at info@lucyonearth.com with your name and order confirmation number, and we will process the refund within three business days, provided the order hasn't been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped.

We are a small, home-run operation and do not ship every day. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Once we create a shipping label for your order, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Keep in mind that it usually takes USPS about 24 hours to update tracking information on their website. After your tracking information is updated, your package should arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 days.
